How to share your invitation and track every RSVP

Email invitations

• Invitations come from invites@fete.rsvp with the subject “You’re Invited: your event title”. Replies go straight to your inbox.
• Each guest gets a personal View Invitation & RSVP button — that link is how their response gets back to you.
• Fête only emails guests who haven’t received an invitation yet, so nobody gets duplicates.

Share your event link

In your event’s dashboard, Share Invite Link opens your phone’s share sheet (or copies the link on a computer). It shares your custom link if you’ve claimed one, or your event page otherwise. You’ll also find the link, with a copy button, in the Settings tab.

It’s perfect for group chats and social posts: anyone who opens it can RSVP on the spot — they add their name and email and get their own RSVP page. People who join this way are marked Via link in your guest list. Want an invite-only event instead? Turn off public RSVP under Settings → Guest RSVP options.

Print a QR code

On your dashboard’s Overview, press Generate QR Code, then Download PNG. The code opens your event page, and the dashboard shows how many times it’s been scanned. Great for save-the-date cards, flyers, and signs at the venue.

Let guests spread the word

After a guest accepts, their confirmation screen offers:

• Add to Calendar — Google Calendar or Apple Calendar
• Share with others — as a card or Stories image, a link, or via WhatsApp, X, Facebook or text message

Track RSVPs in real time

• Overview — headline stats, RSVP progress, dietary needs, song requests and plus-ones at a glance
• Guest List — search, filter by Attending, Declined or Pending, and Export CSV for caterers and seating charts (every plan)
• Analytics — RSVP breakdown, invite funnel, response timeline and the last seven days of activity
• Messages — the notes guests leave with their RSVP. Reply from here and your message is emailed to the guest and shown on their invitation page, where they can write back

   Everyone still Pending, all guests, or a custom selection.

   Optionally set your own subject and message, then press Send Reminder.
